Who is organizing it and when
The Department of Information & Communications Systems Engineering of the University of the Aegean organizes the 2nd International Summer School in Electronic Business- eBiz2014, from the 25th till 31th of July 2014, in Molyvos, Lesvos Island, Greece.
Purpose and learning outcomes
The purpose of eBiz2014 Summer School is to provide a broad introduction to e-business technologies, increase participants’ understanding of the complex issues related to marketing goods and services on the Internet, and to expand on the fundamental e-business theory and practices. Upon completion of this course participants will be able to:
- Understand the main concepts of Digital Strategy, Marketing and Sales
- Identify the multiple sources of information in the web affecting business performance
- Understand the importance of collecting and analyzing data
- Work with the most “hot” marketing tools and management techniques
- Apply the basic methods of marketing tactics & reputation management
