DigiBus2025 offers 3 categories of fees:

1. Summer School Participant (Onsite) 

• includes access to the venue, welcome reception, lunches and coffee for six days, two dinners, electronic proceedings, certificate of attendance, school bag, badge
• charges: 500 euros

2. Summer School Participant (Virtual)

•  charges: 150 euros

3. Summer School Participant with stay at student's dormitory

• includes access to the conference venue, welcome reception, lunches and coffee for six days, two dinners, electronic proceedings, certificate of attendance, school bag, badge, and six nights at the students' dormitory / private single room with bathroom
• charges: 500 euros for registration plus 150 euros for staying. Please send an email to the summer school asking for a booking to the student's dormitory.

Cancelation policy

• Refunding before April 30th: 90% of Registration Fee minus bank charges
• Refunding between May 1st and June 15th: 50% of Registration Fee minus bank charges
• After June 15th: No refund
