XARTS2025 will take place at the premises of the University of the Aegean at Syros island.

The International Conference will be held to the Municipal Cultural Center of Ermoupolis, 1st floor, Panagouli Room, on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 of June. The Intensive Workshops are located in the main building of the Department of Product and Systems Design Engineering (1st Gymnasium). The Computer Laboratories and the Interactive Systems Design Lab will be open to the participants of XARTS 2025.

All locations are situated near Miaouli place, including the University Restaurant premises for the lunch break.
