DigiBus2023 offers 2 categories of fees:

Summer School Participant 

• includes access to the venue, welcome reception, lunches and coffee for six days, two dinners, electronic proceedings, certificate of attendance, school bag, badge
• charges: 350 Euros

Summer School Participant with stay

• includes access to the conference venue, welcome reception, lunches and coffee for six days, two dinners, electronic proceedings, certificate of attendance, school bag, badge, six nights at the students' dormitory / private single room with bathroom
• charges: 350 Euros for registration. Please send an email to the summer school asking for a booking to student's dormitory (Your staying will cost around 150 Euros).

Cancelation policy

• Refunding before April 30th: 90% of Registration Fee minus bank charges
• Refunding between May 1st and June 15th: 50% of Registration Fee minus bank charges
• After June 15th: No refund
