13th International Summer School on Digital Government - OpenGov2026
OpenGov is equivalent to 3 ECTS credits*.
The courses are offered in various ways, including lectures, tutorials and interactive workshops. OpenGov2026 will also include showcasing and hands-on experience with innovative platforms and services that are under development in a number of collaborative research projects.
The OpenGov2026 thematic agenda will focus on Artificial Intelligence in Governance including topics such as Trustworthy and Responsible AI in the Public Sector, AI for Evidence-Based Policymaking, Data Governance, Infrastructure and Interoperability, Algorithmic Transparency, AI for Smart and Sustainable Cities, and Ethical and Legal Aspects for AI systems in Governance.

* Upon successful completion of the school (1 week of lectures) and completion of an essay, participants will receive a certification honoring 3 ECTS points. Certification of 3 ECTS will be awarded only to those participants that will choose to conduct an essay (not mandatory). All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
