Topics that will be covered in the Summer School include:
Topic 1: Introduction to R Software and Programming Language with Practicals.
Topic 2: Classic Statistical Methods (e.g. Hypothesis Testing, Confidence Intervals, ANOVA, Linear Regression) with Practicals.
Topic 3: Advanced Statistical Methods (e.g. Multivariate Data Analysis, GAMs, GLMMs, Mixed Effects Models, Spatial Data Analysis, Non-Linear Models) with Practicals.
Topics 4: Case-studies in Ecology.
