- Prof. Foteini Asderaki, Professeor of European Integration Theory and European Education Policy at the Department of International and European Studies, University of Piraeus, Greece. She holds a Ph.D. with distinction in Political Sciences issued by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is currently the Chair of the European Doctoral School for the Common Security and Defence Policy of the European Security and Defence College/ European External Action Service, in Brussels
- Prof. Andrea Rea, Full professor in sociology at Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), Andrea Rea founded and is a member of the research centre Group for studies on Ethnic Relations, Migrations and Equality (GERME). His research focuses on migration studies, in Brussels and Belgium. He also works together with the Universities of Geneva and Montreal. Since 2018, he is the President of the Press.
- Prof. Michel Catala,Professor of contemporary European history at the University of Nantes and Director of the Institute of European and Global Studies Alliance Europa. A specialist in the history of international relations in the 20th century, his work also focuses on the history of European integration. Professor in European and Public Law at the School of Law of the University of Nottingham and Head of the Innovation, AI, Strategic and Defence Procurement Research Unit of the Public Procurement Research Group (PPRG). He is also Co-lead of the Research Unit Public Procurement Human Rights and Social Sustainability. He has been Global Governance Fellow at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies (RSCAS) of the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence and Visiting Fellow at the Department of Political and Social Sciences (SPS) of the same Institution. He has been also a Grotius Fellow at the Law School of the University of Michigan, Visiting Fellow at the University of Castilla la Mancha and at the University of Neuchâtel. He has acted as expert advisor to companies in the area of public/strategic/defence procurement compliance and to national authorities, international organisations and institutions (such as the OECD, the World Bank, the European Central Bank, The European Court of Auditors, The European Trade Union Institute and the USAID,) in the areas of public/defence procurement regulatory reform. His research interests lie in the area of public law, EU Law, public procurement law and policy and the intersections of these fields with new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence. He has taught at Universities in the United States, Brazil, China, Colombia, Italy, Malaysia, Serbia and Turkey. He is a member of the editorial board of the Public Procurement Law Review and member of the scientific committee of the Revista Digital de Derecho Administrativo. He has published widely in the fields of public procurement, strategic procurement, including COVID-19 healthcare procurement, defence procurement law and policy, public law and EU law. - Author and editor of 350 publications (books, articles, comments etc.) on International Law, European Law, Human Rights, Humanitarian Law, International Organizations and Hellenic Foreign Policy, published in Greece and abroad.
Director of the Cahiers de Droit International et de Politique Internationale, the first electronic journal in the field of International Law and International Relations - Professor Emeritus, Pierre Vercauteren is a political scientist and professor of political science who teaches at UCLouvain FUCaM Mons. He has a degree in international relations and public administration (UCLouvain, 1984), a degree in European studies (UCLouvain, 1984) and a doctorate in political and social sciences (ULB, 1998) 2 He is mainly known for his interventions in various Belgian media including RTL-TVI, RTBF, La Libre Belgique, Le Soir, etc. Like other Belgian political scientists, he has been a regular consultant on television programmes since the negotiations for the formation of a Belgian government in 2003, 2007 and 2010, as well as in their various activities. From 2000 to 2008, he was a guest lecturer at the Free University of Brussels where he taught the « Global Governance » course. He is Secretary General of the international research network REGIMEN (Réseau d’Étude sur la Globalisation et la Gouvernance Internationale et les Mutations de l’Etat et des Nations). He is a member of the LARGOTEC research laboratory at the University of Paris Est, guest lecturer at IEP de Fontainebleau and at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
- Dr Evangelia Vlachou, Post-doc Researcher in European Public Law at the School of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and academic Staff of the Laboratory of Social and Political Institution of the Department of Sociology of the University of the Aegean and a collaborator at the Jean Monnet European Chair (Prof. Dr.Panos Grigoriou). Management positions in Public Administration in Greece for over 20 years (public and european law). Lecturer at the University of the Aegean (and at the Hellenic Open University.
