Application

The IPICS program focuses primarily on postgraduate students or PhD students at an early stage. However we encourage applicants who are in their final year of their undergraduate studies to apply as well, especially if they have a background in IT security. All applicants should have completed basic IT security courses and be interested in IT security. They must be fluent in English language and willing to work in an international team and surrounding.

To participate in IPICS 2018 you need to complete the application form. Accepted participants will be notified by email and will receive instructions on the payment procedure. Please note that fees are to be received by the 5th of June 2018.

All IPICS 2018 participants have 20% discount in the hotel's menu prices.

For Non-Students (Professionals-Academic Personnel) that wish to follow specific sessions and NOT the whole two weeks program please indicate on the Application Form in the last field (Any Additional Info) the session you wish to follow.

Fees

• Students: 330 Euros (It is compulsory to attend the 2 weeks program)

• IT professionals and Academic Staff:
  • 2 weeks course: 600 Euros
  • 2-days session:  250 Euros
  • 3-days session:  350 Euros

 Fees include course attendance and material, participation in social events and everyday lunch.

Cancelation policy – Refunding

• Before 16/6: 90% of Registration Fee minus bank charges
• 17/6 - 1/7: 50% of Registration Fee minus bank charges
• After 1/7: No refund
