Flip-Sellin 120Flip Sellin studied design at Kingston University, London (BA Hons) and at Design Academy Eindhoven, UDK Berlin. From 1999 works as an independent designer and specializes in furniture design, in product design and in private residential interior design. He also worked in brand environments such as Falke, Nile, Deutsche Bank and Nintendo. He is a founding member of Create Berlin and is the co-founder (2004) and design director of COORDINATION Berlin.

 

ZurloFrancesco Zurlo is Phd in industrial design and Full Professor of Industrial Design at Politecnico di Milano, in the courses of Product Design for Innovation, Product Service System Design, Fashion Design, with focus on Strategic Design, Design Management, Service Design, Furniture Design. He is in charge of Research of the Design Department of Politecnico and he's Director of the International Master in Strategic Design and of the Master of Interior Design and Management (held in China for Chinese students). He's member of the Scientific Board of SID, Italian Design Scientific Association (Società Italiana del Design) and ADI (Italian Association for Industrial Design) INDEX 2014-2015 curator (selection of the best products made in Italy). He was director of POLI.Design Consortium of Politecnico di Milano, operating in the applied research and specialized education in the design fields from 2004 to 2009. He's Panasonic senior design consultant for new product development processes (since 2007). He is author of numerous international publications about strategic design, service design, design management, design thinking. He yearly teaches in Design Schools in Europe, Asia and South America.

 

Nathanael CV EU templateDimitris Nathanael is a lecturer at the National Technical University of Athens, School of Mechanical Engineering, sector of Industrial Management & Operations Research, where he teaches ergonomics / human factors, design innovation and safety management courses. Between 2004 and 2009 he was adjunct lecturer at the University of Aegean teaching ergonomics, interaction design and applied cognitive science at the Department of Product and Systems Design. He holds an Engineering diploma in Production Engineering & Management science, Technical University of Crete, a Graduate degree D.E.A. in Ergonomics, from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (C.N.A.M.) in France, and a PhD in the field of Cognitive Ergonomics, from the National Technical University of Athens. He is the President of the Hellenic Ergonomics Society and the national representative in the International Ergonomics Association. He is a certified European Ergonomist (EurErg) and has served as the national representative of Greece in the Centre for Registration of European Ergonomists (CREE). Before joining the academia, Dimitris has worked in for several years in industry as a consultant in ergonomics, human – computer interaction and occupational safety, an activity that he continues practicing alongside his academic affairs.
