Application Process:
- The applicant submits the application by completing this form.
- Upon submission, the applicant receives an email to verify the application.
- All applications are evaluated, and applicants are informed of the acceptance or rejection decision.
- Applicants who require a visa support letter from the Summer School, including specific details, may request it via email. Visa support letters can be issued only after the application has been submitted and accepted.
- After receiving acceptance and completing visa and other logistical arrangements, the applicant may proceed with travel preparations to Samos, Greece.
Registration Cancelation and Refund Policy:
- Refunding before April 30th: 90% of the registration fee minus bank charges
- Refunding between May 1st and June 15th: 50% of the registration fee minus bank charges
- After June 15th: No refund
