5th International Summer School on Government 3.0 - opengov2018
VENUE and ACCOMMODATION
The 5th International Summer School on Government 3.0 will be held in 2 places: (I) Karlovassi City Hall for the first 2 days and (II) in Aegeon Hotel (3* hotel) for the rest three days. All afternoon sessions of all days will be held in Aegeon Hotel.
Complimentary prices are offered for the School Participants, including breakfast, lunches and dinners for the days of the conference.
All participants of the School have to register via the website (Registration opens on April 2018).
Hotel Aegeon is located in the city of Karlovassi, Samos, and it was built in the traditional architectural style of the island. Every room has its own balcony with a view of the city of Karlovassi, mount Kerkis, and the sea. Additionally, they are equipped with air-condition, fridge, telephone with a wake-up call feature, hair dryer, television and private bath or shower.
In the yard of the hotel, the guests can find the pool where they can enjoy their swim and sunbathe. More than that, they can relax using the jacuzzi or the unique hotel spa.
In general, Aegeon Hotel offers Single and Double Rooms for Summer School Participants at the prizes below:
- Single Room: 50€ (bed & breakfast)
- Double Room: 60€ (bed & breakfast)
The organisers of the summer school could arrange your accommodation for the whole week for 100 euros. The University of the Aegean facilities for students are 15 minutes away from the venue.
Note:
- This period appears to be very hectic for Samos - most of hotels in the area are already booked. Please try to register as soon as possible.
